RESERVATIONS AND POLICIES

•	Your hosts offer a smoke-free environment, but allow guests to smoke outside.
•	Check In time - 4:00 p.m. (Other times can be arranged prior to arrival)
•	Check Out time - 11:00 a.m.

Visa, Mastercard, cash or cheques are accepted to hold reservations.

7 days notice required for cancellations otherwise you will be changed for 1 night stay if we are unable to rent the unit.

Tudor Creek Bed and Breakfast is Niagara's ONLY self-contained suite experience. No other B&B offers the privacy and intimacy found at Tudor Creek Bed and Breakfast.

All guests in the Hampton Suite enjoy their choice of a full hot Breakfast served in their suite between 7:30 am and 9:30am, or a buffet breakfast to be left in the suite to be enjoyed at your leisure. (for those of you wanting to stay in bed until noon).

For guests of the Loft Suite, because you have your own full kitchen, breakfast is not included. Guests wishing a full breakfast can have breakfast served in our dining room at additional cost.

Double Occupancy	$ 110 per night	$ 120 per night
Each additional person	$ 20 per night

The Loft Suite

	Low Season November. - April	High Season May. - October
Double Occupancy	$ 150 per night	$ 200 per night
Weekly Stays	$ 750 per week	$ 950 per week
Monthly Stays	$1,500 per month	$2,000 per month
Each additional person	$ 10 per night
